The Fairyland Summer Membership Assistant provides exceptional customer service to ensure all park guests have a positive experience at Fairyland and is responsible for acting as Fairyland’s ambassador to member needs and inquiries.  Reporting to the Membership Specialist, this role supports the membership department, including processing new and renewing memberships, handling membership team’s administrative tasks, and interacting with guests and members.  The position requires punctuality, reliability, adaptability and ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times regardless of circumstances.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar customer relationship management software.

Physical Requirements

This position is primarily located in an office environment.  Able to perform the following duties with or without accommodation:

• Sit at a desk, conference room or workstation for the entirety of eight (8) hour shift
• Operate a computer and peripherals
• Traverse safely over uneven terrain throughout the entirety of the 10-acre amusement park
• Able to occasionally lift 40-50 pounds with assistance
• Proven track record of punctuality and attendance
• Able to work special events, weekends and evenings according to Fairyland’s event schedule

  • Ability to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to start of employment;

Benefits & Compensation

This is a seasonal, part-time non-exempt position working Saturday-Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m*. The start date for this position is Monday, May 12th 2025 and concludes on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025. The rate of pay is $19.95 per hour.

*Fairyland is open and operational on Memorial Day (May 26th) and candidates will need to be available to work on this date. In addition, Fairyland's annual Gala is on Wednesday, 5/21 and the schedule for that day will be shifted to 2:30pm-10pm.*
